iperf3 software package provides Internet Protocol bandwidth measuring tool, you can install in your Debian 9 (Stretch) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install iperf3
iperf3 is installed in your system.
Make ensure the iperf3 package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep iperf3 *
You will get with iperf3 package name, version, architecture and description in a table
